I would take off nuts as to nuts a lot of people are allergic and it brings inflammation flares to them
I would take off avocado as it is believe it or not – NOT veggie, but it's a fruit and fruits are not as sinless as they look
I would also take off sardines and makeral as they're oceans fish and those have bigger heavy metals amounts
I would also not play with yeast

This video is just complete crap.
Every food in the world has carbs. I'm diabetic I would know. Veggies.. carbs.. meat.. carbs.. fruit carbs .. cheese carbs.. there is no 1 food without carbs. If I were to eat a salad my blood sugar will go to 500 or above. If I eat meat blood sugar will go to 400 or above. The best thing is fruit because fruit actually lowers your blood sugar especially berries.
If you can afford that's fine. I can't eat that many eggs in a day. I don't eat fish nor nuts. Too much $$$
I'm lactose intolerant so I have to eat dairy free food. I can't have real butter either although I can have vegan butter otherwise I have to use extra virgin olive oil. I have to eat really healthy food. 😅

The only farmed salmon that is good is farmed from Chilé , they don't use small pens , they use huge netted areas with strong currents. This allows the fish to swim like they do in the wild building muscle (less white lines in the meat) plus they use natural feed , no GMOs. While wild is best the fish from Chilé is just as good. All other fish farms are horrible , small over packed pens with little or no currants and terribly fed GMOs.

Sugar can go straight to your bloodstream in SECONDS. You can inject sugar directly into the blood stream and we do it in hospitals. Fats take longer and may get pooped out before you absorb ALL the calories. Your body is sucking carbs out of the poop, too. You didn't know that????????
