I want to do calisthenics but i love training with weights and building muscle. Even though im a woman, but ill definitely try this workout when i dont have weight with me
The best thing about calisthenics is you don't need to buy any thing. You can do push-ups everywhere. Need to do pull-ups and/or dips? Just go to the park. You can also play around with different variations — change the volume, num of sets/reps, change stance, grips, etc. ❤❤❤

Hi Lucy! 2 year subscriber here. You got me into calisthenics. I do a lot of push ups, abs, and core stuff, stretches, squat with no weights, and bar hangs. I love bar hangs. They cured my shoulder problems! The heck with weights! Don’t need em.
Thank you for this! I just got started a week ago and already loving it. You're one of those who inspired me to start. I found a public workout place with lots of different bars. Great way to also make sure to go outside everyday, it does wonders for my depression.
