I was 15 at 300 pounds I know it's crazy then when I stumbled on he motivated me to stop all the lazy shit now am 16 turning 17 at 170 pounds more to lose

I honestly feel like everything you said in this videos you was directly talking to me after what I experienced for 4 years I began to think it was me as a result of manipulation I started doubting my self until I went through the break up and realised nothing is with me it was all her who twisted the narrative and avoided addressing core issues and always guilt trip me and manipulated the truth. Anyway itβs a blessing in disguise that sheβs gone and blocked me but I donβt see her ever being happy as no man with even bit of self respect and dignity will put up with that
