Good morning since over here in the Mexican side it is dawn time, I am 54 years old and unfortunately I am over weighted around 330 lbs. and my height is 6 feet and I would really want to be like you are sir "musclemonsters" I was born with my left hand handicapped and it is really difficult for me to pushups. I also have bad circulation in both legs, I am taking a pill every 24 hours for that cause of my legs that is varicose veins. Can you please help me out, I don't care if it takes more than 1 year to have the body that you have sir. Hope to hear from you soon thank you and continue having a wonderful weekend. I am willing to do exercises every single day sir.

You know what chaps me to know end? When I have to meander looking for availability of equipment due to ppl doing one set, spending 10 minutes on their phone between sets. That drive me nuts. I'm 62, and am trying to get done again. It's important to me to keep my heart rate pumping. Having to wait for ppl over half my age to get off their phone…. Grrr .

Some trainers will say anything to get out of squatting. Basically because they are hard work. One of the best exercises going though.

I am a 64 year old martial artist and I quit lifting weights 10 years….since then I do 4 exercises: Squats, dips, push ups and pull ups all 3 sets 12 reps and a 1600 calorie diet…drop weight from 223 to 175 and a daily 35 minute walk
