so I have a question. so I have always naturally had big glutes and not even from working out or anything, it's just natural. but recently I decided to start training my glutes also and instead of growing, I think they are shrinking. any ideas on how to reverse this? I thought i was eating enough to where I would gain muscle, but now I think I'm just lossing fat.
Did this today. I did legs yesterday already but tried this leg workout today. My booty and legs are going to hate me the next few days

I do most of these exercises and my glutes are getting smaller and ripped and that’s what I want anyway but I don’t understand this video says to grow the glutes. My glutes are not growing at all so I am confused 🤔 however I do 15 to 20 reps so maybe it’s why, not sure.
