This work out is literally killing me 😩😫😵😵, i just started working out these past 3weeks i tried the beginner full body work out its 20mins work out from other youtuber did it for 6days(total of 9days because of restdays haha) and also i tried the lvl 2 work out for 5 days(6days in total cuz of the restday ahaha) then jumped inthis lvlez lvl 5 while watching these i thought it was ez but nah, this shit work out killed me i did lots of rest total of 5-10mins rest, the rest on the video not included😵😵, i'm literally dying right now hahahaha, but ofcourse i need to finish the workout even though i'm out of breath😂.
P.S. i'm an acute gastritis patient and i can't force my body to do hard stuff, but i'm doing it anyways it's nauseating Fr😢.
