Hey Jeff, I find weird that, if down twice a week, you only get 6-8 chest weekly sets. That's kinda low for hypertrophy, isn't it? Why is this?

Single Arm Cable Crossover Ladder (high medium low)
Cross Body Cable Y Raise
Squeeze Only Press down
Stretch Only Overhead Extension
Cross Body TRICEP Extension
Might add Rear DELT Fly machine just before the TRICEP Pressdown.
For exercise 6a and 6b ( tricel pressdowns and tricep overhead extensions) do I have to use the handle bars or can I use the ropes? will it effect any muscle growth or something?
Can you put your knees up for the Larsen press??
