(PLEASE READ I REALLY NEED THE ADVICE)OK, so I have a question. As a 15-year-old young man who tries to be the best and whose goal is to be the best here is my workout in total a 2.40-mile run, a rep 100, 60 squats, 60 sit-ups, 30 pull-ups, 40 reps of 24kg dumbbell lifts 12kg each,40 jump lunges,40 lateral bounds, a 3-minute long punching session of a simple boxing combo I picked up online a bench press of the 12kg dumbbells, a 1 minute kicking session of high and low kick and running in place for 10 minutes to conclude the workout. keep in mind that I have a few breaks in between and I do 2 sets of theses so divide everything by 2 except the 2.40-mile run. after the 1st set, I do the 2nd one and in total all of this takes 2 hours and 30 minutes. what are your thoughts?

it is manageable for me to hit the murph, except the pullups, I cant literally complete more than 5 reps, any idea?
Im 23, a bit overweight, and have been doing boxing for 10 months now. I tried this challenge today. It took me an hour and 17 minutes. I had to do pull ups with my foot on the floor because i couldnt do 1 pull up raw. I did pushups with my knees down for the same reason. I did the squats normally, and ran about 1.8kms each. Even though I (kind of) cheated, it was still very very difficult but when i was done, the satisfaction was amazing. Thank you for the video hamza.

I did some crossfit for a couples months back during the pandemic and it made me feel awesome in my own body
Since then I came back to college and had no set foot in a gym
Every other day, depending on my mood I wake up, put on a speedo, some boxers or something short and train using my own body for 10 to 30 minutes
I don't look ripped, my arms aren't huge
my legs are but genetics took care of that-, my abs aren't shredded, my forearms aren't even that big but whenever i'm playing around with my friends -aside from the bjj guys and the firefightersi can notice that we are not in the same league in terms of strength although they are bigger and lift stuff on a daily basisKnowing how to work with your own body and understanding your limits can set you apart from most people
You might not have the tools but some calisthenics and body weight stuff are more than enough to make you feel and be the strongest you've even been in your own skin
Took me a while but I finally did a modified Murph.
1/4 mile/2 pullups/4 pushups/6 jump squats. X4 to complete 1 mile.
It might seem like not much to some, but I'm just getting started! 😉

He's right about high volume body weight training, I've also done it and it boosts confidence and T levels way more than you think.
3 years ago I was training MMA with the best coach in Pakistan imo: 1 hour warm-up running and stretching, then 1.5 hours of diff Drills including push-ups, sqauts, sit-ups (boys didn't even remember how much they did these) and no water till 30 mints after end of workout and in that time period he gave us life lessons. New day new lesson which consisted of preaching Religion (Islam) and worldly problems at that time. And except these workouts 6 days a week after every prayer/Salah/namaz at home I did 100 half push-ups(we called it dips) no matter what. It increased my confidence, like I was having a feeling that i've done something in my life. Sadly now I don't have time b/c of study and job (I have to support my family I have quite heavy burden of that but I love to carry it ❤️❤)
What time would you recommend I go to the gym if I wake up at 5-6 am and I intermittent fast???
