Normally I squat 155lbs for 4 sets of 10 reps but when I’m on my period 65lbs was even hard to push up 😭😭 I felt weak

I hate cute activewear. I'm not there to look cute, I'm there to train. If I like something, I'm more likely to wear it, but that applies to all clothes. It is so difficult to find things that aren't pastel colours or floral prints.

remember that working out as a woman and having a low body fat % can effect your chances of getting pregnant (i don’t remember the statistics but i do recommend doing your own research and don’t over work yourself ) im not saying stop working out bcs that’s my happy place is the gym and if your not getting your period over working out can do that i would recommend going to the doctor if that’s a option for you and/or doing lower intensity workouts bcs that could be a reason and just staying on top of your check ups

Weight training will make you incontinent!!! If you do not do a DAILY pelvic floor routine you will spend months being embarrassed wearing poise everywhere because you piss yourself 2 a week minimum and having no idea why until your doctor finally asks if you lift.
