I'm a dietitian and this portrays the field of dietetics perfectly. Here's my best advice: eat foods that are closest to their whole form…..wait! Turns out whole form foods contain more bacteria, eat foods that are cleanly processed…..wait! Turns out there is good and bad bacteria, eat the whole foods.

I know tons of people who ate and drank to excess and lived into their 90s, ultimately it's all genetics

They also should have gone back and forth on a glass of milk (Whole, Skim, Whole, Almond, Oat), the coffee, the orange juice, the margarine versus butter. We have been lied to for over thirty years on everything.

Definitely pre-COVID, in 2020 science became settled after a few months. Just ask Gretchen “Fauci pillow” Whitmer.

I think that current thinking is that it's probably actually………..the sugar. So as long as he doesn't have sugar in …his…..coffee……no,hang on. That small amount is probably fine, actually….. Drink orange juice, though, because it's "healthy". If you disregard the obscene amount of sugar in it, anyway. Just don't eat any candy or cake and do exercise a bit… Oh, and hope that your genetics aren't going to screw you anyway and make all this irrelevant so you miss out on several decades of delicious food for absolutely nothing.

We are going to be wrong more times than we're right, but if we can learn anything from the video its that we only fail if we stop looking into it until we have the answer. When he stops her from throwing away the steak? To me thats what we need sometimes; a moments pause…or i'm reading WAY too much into it all lol.

Now it's the oil we use to cook with, mono this amd poly that, Canola oil is 'toxic to the human body'… and the carbs topic is like the eggs thing was 10 years ago. "there are good carbs and bad carbs".. it's enough to make someone go crazy. I had a friend tell me that ALL sugar is bad for you, including FRUIT. What kind of world have we created that people think eating fruit is BAD for you. Seriously…. wtf.
