My parents never tell me to stop eating every kind of food. They just tell me to not have too much junk food and to eat real food. I’m really glad my parents still let me have soda and Cheetos and stuff bc it makes me happy, but it I’m also glad they tell me to not eat to much bc sometimes I don’t even notice how much junk I’m eating.
Hmm it kinda helped, not with binge eating. More like a habit i can't quit so the tips lowkey kinda worked… Not for intended purpose but something surrounding it.
I do this and it works well for me. Don’t criticize others if something works differently for them. Was obese for a second there because I wasn’t mindful. Those “annoying” methods saved my health. And yes. I am now at a normal weight for my height. Lean.

Every time I want to binge or over eat extremely it’s probably when I’m sad or have been commented on abt my body. To prevent a binge, I sit down with myself and try to come up with something that would make me happy, and essentially distract me from the urge to do it. I’m no professional, and I probably don’t even have any type of form of ed right now, but focusing on yourself and choosing what you really want for a couple minutes— and that could just be that you want food (so eat.) you can trust yourself that this is what you really want for your body, wether it’s just you’ve been sitting in your room all day and you just need some family time or have been called a name and that ruined your whole day and you just need to listen to some music or cuddle up with a furry friend. Not trying too much to rely on food for that quick satisfaction that you’ll later “regret”.

The out of sight out of mind is a legitimate psychological thing, though. There have been studies on it. If you have lets say cookies on the table in front of you, you are going to eat more than if you have them hidden away in the cupboard. People don't mean you'll never want them, but then you are more likely to only eat them when you want them and not to constantly create that want by making yourself see them all the time. It's also what many ads are created to do. They are trying to make you crave for that specific food.
I will go about like a week or two without eating then ill eat everything in the house and idk why, cause tbh im currently trying to gain weight cause im not at the best weight but it's hard to when my diet is so messed up and the times i eat are weird

what's the point of her videos ? like ? since i subscribed her and watching hee videos and been normalized that sometime we can eat JUNK food ( i cut all of these , but when she normalized that to me i started to tell my self we can have some sometimes , even though i ate a little bit of cookies and things that have sugar in it i started to crave for them
more and more , because when i cut them before that i stopped thinking about them and craving for them , but then things all got worse ) like my mood is destroyed, my dopamine has been ruined , i think about junk food all the time and i crave for them , my body doesn't feel right , my skin and hair , my hormones,because we're not supposed to put chemicals into our bodies , so guys stop following those scams , just cut sugar and junky food for about 21 days and have self control , then you won't wanr them at all , when u taste sugar you'll disgust because you no longer will be addicted to it ❤
