Day 1: Done ✅ could not do 4:00 My arms were quaking violently at 6:00 😂
Pushed through till the end though.
Day 2: Done ✅I hope I remember to do this tomorrow and not a week later.
Day 3: It was going all good, just lightly sore arms, but I seem to have pulled something somewhere around my left bicep- it hurts a shit ton. I dunno, something's wrong, cause my right arm's all fine 🤦♂️

day 1: was very hard and my arm ached alot during the workout

(1:45)yes I'm 3 years late, but I'm trying this out and my aim is to be able to be able to do a singular push up since i can't rn because I'm a noodle arm ALSO muscles who doesn't want muscles
anyway here are my updates–you don't have to go through these, they're mainly for myself:
▫️Day 1: i can really feel the burn, and my arms are ACHING, but I'm proud i was able to go through with it and do all the exercises :)) be back tomorrow !!
▫️Day 2: it seemed easier this time but it's only been a day so idk
▫️Day 3: done, and my arms didn't feel sore whatsoever after doing this yesterday !!
▫️Day 4: it's 1am but done 🙂
▫️Day 5: done ! it's definitely getting easier now 😀
▫️Day 6: again I'm doing this at 1am but done !
‼️ 1 week !! ▫️Day 7: done !! and it's been a week, so updates: i can already see biceps forming !! 😀 this comment is gonna become way too long, so I'll just mainly update weekly now <3

▫️skipped day 1 and 2 cause exams were beating my ass lmao, did day 3, half of day 4, skipped day 5 and 6, and only did half of 7 because i was exhausted(so mainly just day 3 and then half of 4 and 7)
BUT UPDATE(S) i have more visible muscles now and i can halfway do a pushup !!!!!
