I'm on 50 cm let's see haw we progress
So I started doing this for 2 weeks.
1st day: It wasn't that hard to do the workout.
2nd day: It was even more easy to do it and I even enjoyed it.
3rd day: My tights hurt😅
How many calories do you burn by doing this?
Do these work on calfs too?

Will start this today! I hate my legs, they are really big, i hope they finally will get smaller.
Day 1 It´s not that hard but i think it still works. My legs are a bit shaky. (90 cm)

Hola a todos yo estare haciendo estos ejercisios y otros más cada día desde el 1 de Febrero. Y los estare haciendo a escodidas por así decirle y si se preguntan ¿porque? Es porque creo que se que si mi familia se llegara a enterar de que hago estos ejercisios me jusgarian o dirian que cualquiera puede tener buen cuerpo haciendo ejercisios y se que ellos no entenderian porque casi todo mi familia tiene buen cuerpo por genetica y pues yo no lo soy por eso estoy aqui. No parare hasta lograr mi objetivo
Dia 1: No pude hacerlo porque tuve que salir, pero los dias que los realice los hare en Marzo.

upper calf: 48 cm (maybe it may be too little for you because that's how it came to me 🙂 , but when i measured it was like this and normally my leg is really chubby:3) (although not very chubby, it has a bit too much 🙁 )
lower calf: 30 cm (I am somewhat satisfied with my lower calf 🙂 )

– Day 1: I did it 2 times and oh my days I'm literally sweating so much. My legs feel so sore omd I'll do some stretching later so my legs don't bulk. Overall I think I did great. Drink lots of water guys! 🖇 [23.42]
– Day 2: It was a teeny bit easier today, I burned like 857 calories by walking for 18km today I'm literally so happy. Drink lots of water! 📎 [00.25]

the most important thing is to eat healthy and PLS STRETCH AFTER! That will make them not hurt the next day and become thin more quickly by lengthening the muscle so you dont get bulky 👍

trying this 3-5 times for 2 weeks!
(I am also doing this without a proper diet and doing April Han’s workout with it. May do Roberta Gym’s slip thigh challenge if I feel motivated.)
Day 1: Pretty easy, legs feel kind of tired. Will do Roberta’s 3 day slim thighs challenge if I have time.
Day 2: Feel the burn! I think I’m going to done some waist and breast fat exercises, because those are also things I wanna improve my body in.
(and don’t worry I won’t be like everyone else who says they’ll update every day and that they don’t! 😀)
(well I hope not at least…)
Notes: I give up… I am still doing April’s workout but this is too complicated for me… I also listen to some subliminals and I can tell you, they work! This also does, I saw a slight difference on the first day. Good luck!!
