Mae ab 25-30 push ups (2 sets-per set 15 reps)
50-60 squats( 3 sets- per set 20 reps)
15-20 pull ups (2 sets- per set 10 reps)
Aur sir crunches kr leta hun 25-30
Toh sir kya mujhe ab gym join kr lena chahiye
