how many per set and how many sets?
Thanks
Thanks for your video sharing your knowledge regarding dumbbells exercises. I think you covered most if not all the upper body musculatures. You also gave good tips in doing them safely.
As a man in my 50s Iโm trying to lose weight but then I start doing weightlifting and my weight goes up. Suggestions?
Should I just stick to cardio for a while and avoid weights
Keep it simple…love it thanks
Don't forget to lift to fail.
John is a handsome man for his age he looks in his 30s wow.
Love John Hansen. 3x Mr. Natural Universe. No drugs, no bs, just straight to the point and quality advice. A great bodybuilder and a down to earth guy
Mike from Elk Grove California age 64. I'm a former bodybuilder, and during that past 3 years went through my final 4th and 5th major spinal surgeries. I'm physically challenged now with hardware from my Cervical, Thoracic T4-T12 and Lumbar. But prior to my surgery's I chose to return to my bodybuilding training especially if I was to survive a seven hour procedure. I made the right choice, on March 3, 2022 I set a New Record for my age and weight class Decline Bench Pressing 335 lbs. Its posted on YouTube as "335 lb Decline Bench Press Age 63 Wt 189" Full Spinal Hardware. Now I'm also a I.S.S.A CPT, I'm stronger now than I've ever been hopefully some day I can enter a West coast IPL. respectfully, Mike
age 45 here. thanks. great video
Can u help with dumbell weight guideline
One of the best workout videos out there.
Would reps change if you more definition than size?
I am 57 this month, and really need to start doing this workout. I have a question though. Can I do this as a full body workout every other day, or do I need to split it up like back/ biceps, chest/triceps, then leg day?? Thanks for any help.
does anyone know what weight I should be lifting, I went from 6 kg dumballs and gradually increased to 15kg but found i really damaged the top of my spine at the base of my neck. I've taken a few months and now feel ready to start again but I'm cautious.
This is a great workout. Do you recommend doing one movement at a time? in other words, If I'm working the bench press and do a set, can I go right to the side lateral raises, do a set and then back to my second set of bench press and so on until I finish the 3 sets of each? make sense? Or should I do the three sets of one movement before I move to the next movement? Thanks.
Bad idea to rest one leg on the bench when doing one armed rows. Places your lower back in a bad position. You want to straddle the bench or us a supported back position.
Cracks me up when people separate lifters by age. I train with guys in their 20s and 30s and we push each other hard. I train harder and heavier than most of them.
Here's a tip – train like you are 25.
I train harder and heavier than I did in my 20s and it's paid off!
GREAT presentation (subscribed and hit the bell)
If you follow the form he used to do half these exercises, your joints will start to fall apart after a few months….
All of these lifts are compatible with the interior of a Semi. Thank you.
Splendid, thank you for this. I will, Love& blessing to your soul

Thank you so much, this is exactly what I need. Am a subscriber
Superb. Straight to the point without any drama ๐
I am over sixty and I I keep on working out . I do workout since I was just seventeen and I hope god allow me to do it till the last day of my life. I have a micro gym at home Therefore, I can train everyday at any hour. I am an old man, but in my mind I feel like I had just 18 years old . When we get old we can do anything a young person do, if we don`t retire and stay sitting on a sofa just watching tv and eating junks. I got many friends that laugh at me, because they spend all day long sleeping and watching tv . Everybody does whatever he wants and I don`t wanna spend the rest of my life on a sofa or bed waiting for the death like a mummy. We`re gonna have much time to rest in the coffin !
