i don't feel the one leg side pulses or circles in my leg I feel it in my hip only and its very uncomfortable, is that normal?

Strange story, I'd say I'm relatively young, but when I was playing hockey ( which I need to bend over slightly to play ) my back just hurt so so much, same with standing up to play piano, it's agonising, so I'm figuring the pilates might help in some way? Even if not, I think it'll be relaxing for me

Compared to the beginner videos and classes I’ve taken, this should not be advertised for beginners. It’s intermediate.
