This is one of my favorite workouts. I really hate to do strength training with a passion…. cannot stress on that. But I love the concept of people who get easily bored..cause I am those people😌. So continue to do what you do …I'll always choose fitness blender.😊
I'm on Day 2 of my journey with consistent workouts/dieting and this workout has me pumped! (even though i did have to take multiple breaks ha) Can't wait to continue with my new routine tommorow!

unlike other channels where they give you 5 secs rest in between exercises and you end being confused and cause injury due to bad form i love your videos since they give such precise instruction on form and good rest time.

should I add cardio ten minutes in this end workout beforee cooling down ,i ve read an article in indonesia , if we are done with total body workout we should close it with cardio ten minutes

Enjoyed this workout although I found the cool down a little too long. Having said that I am a bit naughty where the warm up and cool downs are concerned.
i keep coming back to this workout – this one in particular is my go-to and one of my all-time favorites. i really really love the "bored easily" series without repeating moves. thank you for posting these!

made it through this one finally. the lunge + curl and lift + press used to always whoop my butt. now i finally can stick through all the reps. had to skip the burnout due to time. but glad i finally was able to complete this one. <3
