I've been listening to David McGraw every night for a couple of months..I've lost 60 lbs!

I listened to this video every day for 30 days, 5 months ago. I have changed so much in that time that I am almost unrecognizable to myself. I lost 4" from my waist, my skin is glowing, I stand up for myself now, my house is spotless because I have the energy to clean it and to make quick decisions, I have zero physical pain and I have financial freedom because I have the energy to work and am not spending excess money on overeating.
Here in 2023! Still my favourite video and also feel it working almost instantly! Sending positivity from London 🇬🇧 ❤

Interesting, I just skipped a bowl of mini chocolate bars for a delicious salad. I have had really bad sugar cravings for sweets for months now. This is about day 5.

I have been listening for 2 weeks and am down 20 lbs. I no longer have sweet cravings and am eating very healthy. I drive a semi truck so my lifestyle had been bad with just grab and run fast food and irregular sleep . Exercise is is still an issue because there is usually not a safe place for me to even go for a walk. I put the program on loop and listen to it the whole time I am sleeping. My sweetheart laughed at me when I first started but now he only laughs because my pants are falling off ! He is now listening also 😀

I’ve listened to this 1000 times and it has helped me in my quest to loose weight and get very healthy. -70 # lbs. intermittent fasting was also used and I would say is easier because of this
I’ve come back to this again after gaining weight while sick. It took me months to break the binge eating cycle again but, I’ve been listening to this almost every night before I sleep for 4 weeks now, and the changes not only with 9k gs weight loss but in my eating habits has been something I won’t forget. I don’t binge eat anymore. Ever. so greatful for this free video.
I stumbled across this last night looking for an audiobook to fall asleep too and thought Id listen to this…I'm not gunna lie, I didn't believe it would have any effect on me, it seemed a little far fetched to me but I was enjoying the guided meditation, I wasn't expecting what happened next, I fell asleep and dreamed I was at a running track ready to go on my first run and I was enjoying myself so much, my sister who is also struggling with her weight had lost all her weight too and was explaining how easy was to do
Today has been a strange day for me, making the right eating decision has been easy! But what was most surprising was I actually WANTED to go for a run!..I haven't 'wanted' to run since I was a small child, but I did I went for a run at a running track and i did better than I thought I would considering I NEVER run
I am completely shocked at the shift in my mind I am going to give it 30 days and see what the difference is and will report back if there is any change
I have never been a fan of the gym…. exercise hahaha yeah right. Ever since I started listening to this on July 2nd 2022, I have worked out every day, effortlessly and excited too, I have already lost 17lbs. I also quit smoking cigarettes. I have smoked for 15 years. Thankful for this wonderful guide of hypnosis.
I have struggled since my step mother told me I was too thin
Over the years my weight has gone up and down but in my late 69s I began to snack and comfort eat
However after just one session I shut the biscuit packet and haven’t looked back
I lost a couple of dress sizes within weeks and feel more confident than I have ever done

What an absolute blessing to find this. Thank you, David McGraw, for leaving this out there. I am 13 days in and I always listen either before falling asleep or first thing in the morning, I almost always drift off to sleep for a bit, but it is still working wonders. There is a spaciousness in my brain now that was previously occupied by thoughts about food, planning for food, feeling guilty about food etc. My entire attitude around it is changing… I still enjoy it, but I do not feel frantic about it… I can easily stop at one serving and I'm not even trying. I still find myself reaching for food when there are difficult emotions cropping up, but I can see that is just a habit, and now when I do that I stop and ask myself if I'm actually hungry… and usually I'm not, so I easily stop. I'm also starting to be slightly more active, wanting to do yard work! Cannot wait to see what happens after a couple months of this. I will report back.
