      What type of rice did you use? Also in the video you would make it sound like you were estimating the amount “about 1 1/2 cups of rice” so I measure or just estimate aswell

      Thank you so much, Hannah! I was getting overwhelmed with this style of cooking/eating, falling back into my old ways. But this video is just perfect. I love how you are so detailed in your explanations, show everything, describe everything even in regard to how to cook a sweet potato, because some of us, like me, are truly beginners.       Can I ask Hannah, when you give “a cup of rice or oats” measurements is that fry or after cooking?
      I find your video’s fantastic, I live in London so our measurements are different but I will buy some cups so I can recreate your recipes, your lentil loaf is a hit in our house! ♥️

      Why do other weight loss plans say to watch fruit and only alow 2 1 cup servings a day,
      or none at all. they say its Sugar and too many sugars make you gain weigt. So Im confused.

      I truly love following you and your recipes are amazing! I decided to go vegan due to overwhelming stomachs. I have been eliminating foods and food groups for a while but never thought I could go all the way vegan. YOU made it so much easier!!!
