      simple is key!!! i have just had weeks of eating fast food after having no energy from covid, but in better now and i went to the store today and bought stuff and made cauliflower soup, the stuff for a cabbage soup, rice, broccoli, yogurt, plain cheerios and just a few other things. i’m going to be eating the soups for lunches, cheerios or yogurt for breakfasts, and rice and all of the veg for dinner!

      So far I've had the smoothie bowl and the taco bowl (with some guac of course) and both were sooo satisfying!

      Thank you so much for this idea!! I think simplifying will be the key to me really sticking with it. I was trying a meal plan that required like 3 hours of meal prep each week and I just couldn't do it (plus I didn't like the meals). I was doing my best when I stuck to simple meals!
