Lauren, I have to say I am very happy I found you. I use to hate to exercise. I hated the extreme cardio, where I felt I was going to vomit. I hated the weights. I would be so sore the next morning I swore I was done. After finding you, I now I look forward to exercise. I feel good after and I see the effects. My shoulders and arms are getting nice and toned. I LOVE IT!!! Keep them coming and Thank you.

Hi I have a torn labrum in my left hip and muscle loss so can be quite painful – actually waiting for a new hip. Are then any alternatives to some of the leg movements which are just too painful for mr to try. Anything you can suggest for any alternatives to any of your session’s would be great. Still wanting to keep moving as need to keep mobile. Thanks in advance
