If you are already in great shape.. there’s no point in doing this.. your only going to deprive yourself… but if you are fat.. say 30 pounds overweight… this is a great way to take it off.. and then learn how to diversify the diet so you can enjoy the food…
I ate nothing but chicken and broccoli for a month I steamed both.. I put a pat of butter over the broccoli at the end .. steamed to a soft but still lite crunch.. perfect.. I lost so much weight so fast, that it even caused my Secretary at work to be concerned.. she asked if I was ok,, and said she noticed a rapid drop in weight and thought maybe I was sick…. Lol I was sick… sick of chicken and broccoli
I ate this really delicious combination chicken and broccoli. It was called "Chocolate". Odd though… it had a much sweeter taste but after a week of eating it I didn't feel so good.

If you are doing this for 7 days, i had a traditional medicine for 3 months!!!! I only ate yogurt, rice, vegetables, green pepper ( not spicy ), cucumber 😂 it was a nightmare but thank god it paid off and i am cured from my chronic disease after battle this disease for 6 years
Would be easy if you just fasted and didn’t eat until lunch. Some type of chicken for lunch and dinner would be fine. Not sure why you would do this? Nobody would do this anyway so there was no point trying it. The bbq chicken looked good tho

Skip breakfast, drink plain black coffee and then for lunch eat just broccoli with a half portion 9f chicken then at dinner have your fill of both… I've done this and had amazing results after 2 weeks
