Smoothie or overnight oats with almond milk
Mid morning – green tea or macha
40 min before lunch drink acv water
Lunch
Paneer with lettuce wrap or moong khichdi or
Beetroot oats roti with sabji
Evening – tea or coffee with 5 almond 2 walnut and dark chocolate
Dinner – soup or raita
Night drink – jeera or ajwain or chamomile tea
