Question! When I do the chest press + leg lifts I feel the sore in my forearm is that good or bad? I know it's a bad sign if your elbows are sore

is it okay to combine pull day and leg day?? i’m trying to focus on shoulders and legs because i’m a swimmer so i like to train those the most.

I had been working out consistently for a month but then I had a month long trip in Italy and then I got back and got covid. So needless to say my muscles have disappeared and im a little anxious to get back in the gym. And i know its better to have a more simple beginner split vs going really hard and trying to do everything all at once. So i'm very grateful for this and it really seems to cover all the bases inn a healthy manageable way!!! Also my gym is small and old so we dont have a lot of equipment that I see in other work out videos so everything here is perfect for my set up
