How do you increase weight? Like by how much each set?
And also when ur increasing weight each set, next day when you do leg day do u do the same routine (like adding same weight as last time) or do you continue from the weight you increased on ur last set and move up? ❤

How do you warm up do you stretch??
I want to start incorporating The routines you do into my routine, to see if I’ll be able to complete this, however I’m really impressed and amazed and was wondering when you were doing the hip thrusts if I was seeing those weights correctly. The one that’s most visible to the camera obviously shows 45 and there’s three on each side as you go up in weight. So if I’m saying this correctly you have a total of 135 pounds on each side towards the end of your set? If so that’s a total of 270 pounds? If I’m seeing that correctly you are incredibly strong, and I really Look forward to eventually gearing up to that weight class. So anyway can you confirm the weights that you’re using during this exercise?

Sports girl. But I noticed that her right gluteus muscle is larger than the left one. It follows that you need to give a large load on the left gluteal muscle.

I have a question. Do you work out 4 days straight and then rest the rest of the week? Or do you take rest days in between your training days?
How long did it take you to get the body you have now? Your body is my goal and I want to know how long it took you so I dont get so discouraged when I dont see results right away :’(
