Hi, I'm from India. I followed your 14 Days Plank Challenge, but it didn't work for me I can't see any changes. Plz don't misguide anyone.😑
Should we do any type of exercise before doing this?

I have being doing this exercise for 3 days now its really effective i am struggling to even type lol 🥲 anyways i will keep updating do these exercise with and empty stomach in the morning its the best !!

Day 1 – first time doing this felt very hard to do . After every exercise I have to take break and this 3 min routine was completed by me in 7 min .
Day 2 – felt hard this time too.
I was
able to complete it in less time .

Day 1- ✅ I had to take pauses as my arms were giving up 🤧
Day 2- ✅ The spiderman dips were so hard to do, i was a lil sore from yesterday, took some breaks in bw but finished the workout 😉
Day 3- ❌
Day 4- ✅ This is so hard OMGG 😭🖐️I was literally taking breaks in between, my arms have no strength lol
Day 5- Noon: ✅ Im legit gasping for air 😭 It's still hard for me lol
Evening: omg it was still a bit hard lol, had to do it on the sofa cuz my fam was in the room 😂😭
Day 6- ❌
Day 7- ✅(once) took less breaks this time YAY
[after 10 mins and decided to do this again]
it was too hard the 2nd time lol 😭
I’m going to do this for a week so I’ll keep you guys updated:
day 1 : it’s hard but easy at the same time ,a big energy booster tho , can’t wait for day 2.
day 2 : I was a lil sore but it’s definitely easier. I recommend putting on music that u like while doing it .
day 3: today the workout was easier this time I think I’m getting the hang of it but it’s still hard .
day 4 : it’s technically day 5 now because yesterday I skipped because I have a sore throat and I felt very weak . but i did make sure to not eat lots of junky food and I can see a difference
day 5 : I just did it and I def felt the burn today and I’m planning to do it again at the evening to challenge myself
day 6 : the workouts are a easier and I feel great but the Spider-Man dips were killing me
day 7 : I love these workouts and I definitely see a difference def going to continue to do it
Is it normal for my abdomen to ache after this?

I'll do this exercise in the morning for and I'll do your 5min plank in the evening for 14 days, I hope it will work

Day 7 (Elbow plank and others became easy for me now, except x plank and spiderman dips) ✅

hello everyone!
I wanted to share my weightloss journal here to keep me motivated and it maybe helps to motivate other peopleI already did this challenge last week but I only did it once a day to discover if it´s really something for me. And english is not my first language so you can always correct me if I write something wrong. Thank you!
What I also do to lose weight:
– my full workout routine: 1. the Chloe Ting´s warm up routine for 6:27 min
2. MIZI´s cardio fat burn no jumping workout
3. I still think about if I should try chloe ting´s 28 days Plank challenge or Lilly Sabri´s 14 days slimmer waist challenge
4. this 3 min Plank Workout
– drinking more water (1,5l – 2l)
– no sugar (no juice, snacks, sweets…),
– minimizing my portions
– before every meal drinking 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar
– taking everyday a cold shower
– eating more fruits and vegetables
– trying to walk 10K steps everyday
I am not gonna measure myself everyday because I don´t want to be dependent on my measurements. I just want to focus on how the workouts makes me feel and look troughout my journal and at the end. But for reference I am about 1,59cm tall and I weigh about 61kg.
Let´s finally begin:
DAY 1 afternoon: ✅ I didn´t take any breaks so I am very proud of me. I felt so sore at the end and I just laid on the floor. I looked like a dead worm.
And remember to use a towel to wipe your sweat away. My sweat got into my eyes and my mouth and it tasted so salty 🥲
evening: ✅ just did the warm up and then the 3 min plank but it was still hard
DAY 2 afternoon: ✅ The first minute was SO MUCH EASIER when I clechend or tightened (idk what it is called) my entire body. The time just flew
by after that. Thank you to the person who commented to do this, so the ´struggle´ is easier to handle! I owe you my heart 🤍
evening: ✅ did the warm up and then 3min plank. Clenched/ tightened my body again and it was so much better! I´m gonna keep doing it.
DAY 3 afternoon: ✅
evening:❌ I didn´t do it because I had a sleepover at my friend´s house. I also ate a lot of snacks and drank softdrinks because I couldn´t resist it
but I don´t regret it…just a little bit. I told my friends that I wanted to lose weight again. I always
looked at how much calories those snacks had but my friends stopped me and always made sure that I feel comfortable about myself.
They reassured me that I look pretty no matter what. I love them so much. Such cutiepies. It doesn´t change the fact that I want to keep
going because I tried for so many years to lose weight. But to know that I have these amazing people around me who are always there
for me, warms my heart. I hope you also have someone who supports you!
DAY 4 afternoon: ❌ I didn´t do it because I stayed at my friends´ a little bit longer than I thought.
evening: ✅
DAY 5 afternoon: ✅I did it and it was much easier than the first day. It was still hard but I didn´t feel like giving up so soon. It made a little bit fun. It really
helped me when I´m not looking at the time and how much time is left. In that way I can more concentrate on the excercise.
evening: ✅
DAY 6 afternoon: ✅ same as yesterday
evening:✅ did it but like at 12p.m. so technically I did the workout on day 7.
DAY 7 afternoon: ✅ did it but I got my period so it was harder. Before the workouts my cramps weren´t that bad but when I took a break inbetween my
workouts it became worse. I struggled to do this till the end so I´m very proud of me although I couldn´t move for the next 5 minutes.
evening: ✅did it
Finally the first week is complete so tomorrow I´m gonna give you guys my results!
MY RESULTS:
So I noticed that my stomach looks a little bit more defined and maybe flatter? I didn´t really lose weight but I heard that fat loss is also a thing so I´m gonna figure out what that is. I regret not measuring myself because I think there would be more results but it is what it is. I would still recommend it because it´s ´only´ 3 min long and because it´s really effective for other things. And I didn´t really expect to get crazy results after one week.
I´ll probably try the other plank workout for 5 min tomorrow because today was my rest day. But I´m gonna be on vacation this week so I´m not sure if I can do this till the end. I´m still gonna update you guys in this comment but also in the comment section of the other plankworkout.
