Please avoid fruits during Night time you can eat only fruits in morning time as breakfast. Or you can have during snacks time
Reason to avoid fruits during night is Outside climate will be cold and chill and fruits are also makes our body chill it will not suit at that time
Yes fruits are more health but only when we consume them on proper time

1. Greens
2 3 times keerai
Add Pudhina Coriander curry leaves on alternate days
2. Fibre
3. Cabbage, capsicum, cucumber – can be had it as salad in raw form
4. Have fruits after lunch in a gap of 2 hrs. Have as part of dinner if possible
5. Follow circardiam rhythm – after 6pm have light dinner / sleep in half tummy.. Fruits/Soup/salad or 2 dosa
6. Follow rainbow colors if possible
7. Protein :
Nv – eggs, fish, chicken(country fed preferred) , mutton (have less)
Veg- soya beans, peanuts, rajma, all lentils, Almonds and nuts (healthy fats), paneer, mushrooms (More vit +min)
BF/Lunch include and plan accordingly
Portion –
1/4 carbs-rice /chappathi /wheat
Multi grain dosa /adai dosa/ besan chilla /green gram /oats/
Add more veggies on topping
Kuzhipaniyaram
8.Fats :
Oil –
Avoid fast food /junk food from restaurants.. Try homemade alternatives
9. Carbs
Reduce quantity
No lunch without veggies
Fasting eliminates toxins and improves Digestive system
Soups, salads, light dinner will improve weight loss
Monthly once only poori masala, biryani
