      Hey Danny love your videos,am a big fan.I usually follow your clean n delicious way of cooking n eating.
      But now am a bit concerned of my weight,am restricted to do gym or vigorous exercise even treadmills due to medical issues postpartum .Finding hard to loose weight,though am clean eater I think I might be eating too much.Would love to hear from you regarding portion control or food ideas to loose weight thanks

      Interesting! I'm learning all about emotions right now for myself and my toddler because when I was growing up I was inadvertently taught that uncomfortable emotions are bad and we shouldn't show them. So as a result I rarely showed many "positive" emotions either appearing to be a fairly quiet calm person all the time. It's interesting what I've learned as a parent so far!!

      I have a question.
      I recently started my clean eating lifestyle change and I am still a little lost on portions.. like how much protein I should have in a day and how much of that should come from animals and how much can come from plants such as beans? Do plant proteins get factored into animal proteins or are they seperate? Also how much grains and dairy should you eat a day? and how do you go about measuring them.

      I feel right now I am just winging it and I want to be as healthy add possible. Thanks for the great videos!

      What should I grab for as a late night snack? Sometimes I eat dinner kind of early because of my schedule so around 9 I get hungry again and need to eat. When I try not to eat I end up binging on bad food. What can I grab for that would not be detrimental???

      This was so surreal. I didn't ask this question (I'm a 22 year old Hayley) lol. But I for about three weeks now I've been working on eating healthier. Until last this weekend, which involved traveling, seeing friends, and not wanting to cook. Pizza, candy bars, and soda. Dani, the lord is using you to help me get back on track. Lol. Thank you so much for teaching me that healthy packed lunches, quick breakfasts and some exercising doesn't have to be boring.

      I totally agree Dani with all hat you said here. Emotions are very difficult to handle on a daily basis, and the only any to fix them, it to tackle them head on. Food only masks how you feel at the time , and it really does not make you feel satisfied, especially if what you're eating is un healthy. I loved this, thanks girl. By the way I could not comment on your last video you uploaded for some reason. Youtube plays up for me so much lately.

      Well put Dani! Love that analogy with friends vs what we do to ourselves with food re emotions. I truly see this with my kids – when they're upset and crying I used to tell them it's ok and try to distract them which always made it worse in the long run – in contrast – now I just hug them and let them cry it out and surprisingly they just calm down on their own without me having to say or do anything – it really helps to just feel your emotions fully instead of masking or avoiding them. It's tough but I'm trying not to train my kids to do what society has taught us all to do from a young age.

      Hmmmm…. some good tips but I do disagree a little 😉 In years gone by, I have found that turning to some alternative comfort will initially work but eventually, the curtains will come crashing down with the inevitable big binge. Of course, your tips may work for some but from my own experience and perhaps for many others, I really think it is best to allow yourself a treat or two…. even on a daily basis if necessary. If you say no and fight it, you may win the battle but not the war (in my opinion). It is also noteworthy to suggest that cravings are a classic sign of imbalance and be it hormonal or the gut bacteria, it means that a person is not quite on queue with their nutrition.

I can relate 100% on this,lately I've been so down about my diet and my work out plans that I just wanted to quit it all, and this video really helped me to think twice about my choices and to know that despite the mistakes i made on my diet based on my emotions, there is always a second chance to start over.
