As a person that lost 100 pounds I can reassure you she's not lying.
1. Sleep is vital to weight loss.
2. No starchy food such as rice, potatoes.
3. Stop eating children food such as cereal, cup of noodles.
4. Watch your sodium intake.
5. Limit your sugar in take, best food items with sugar are dates, or natural fruit.
6. Do some kind of workout not necessarily the gym. Go on a bike run, hike, etc.
7. Stay away from microwave food, and fast food.
Liar liar pants on fire I think you were hired by food manufacturers to coax people back into eating carbs you couldnโt possibly be eating this and losing weight either that or you have some wonderful metabolic set up that most people far donโt have, Blessings

Kiki I just found your channel about a month ago. I have been watching more and more each week. I cannot believe what a difference watching you has made for me!!! I am transitioning to plant based. I cannot go full in mostly because of the cost . I have been introducing recipes and foods to my husband as well and I have to tell you in the past 2 weeks we are feeling amazing!!! I can't thank you enough you are so inspiring!!! Plus your homestead…yep our dream home. Amazing that's all I can say ๐๐๐
I wanted salted chilli tofu from the Chinese takeaway but I made it at home instead๐๐mixed chopped tofu with garlic granules, paprika, chinese five spice, dried chilli flakes and cornflour and air fried for 15 minutes. Was in a massive hurry to get my kids their dinner too so threw in about a tsp of each. It was crispy and delicious.

How can we make 50/50 work if we're not vegan? Would it be more like the Mediterranean plate where they do half plate veggies, 1/4 carb/fiber and 1/4 protein.
