If I followed this diet…I would gain weight….. I can't have two pieces of bread with beans…..???? How did she lose 30 lbs with this lmfao…. This is a very hi carb diet…. I guess it just proves how truly different everyone's body really is…. My body is so random and mysterious… I try everything and I gain weight, and then at the most unsuspecting times I can suddenly drop five lbs…but then gain it all back in the next two days…. I cannot lose and keep off weight in the u.s. … The only time In like the past ten years that I was able to actually lose and keep off the lbs was when I was solo traveling in Scotland…. It was miraculous…. Which is why I'm convinced I need to go back there… I didn't even bring my scale and I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted…. When I do that in America, unfortunately I just will keeping gaining weight…

Although the video is great, 1200 cals is extremely low and not recommended. Do a small calorie déficit from your maintance calories. (100-300 cals) and you'll lose weight slowly over time, but it will be much more sustainable.

Cassia cinnamon is not good to use everyday. Ceylon cinnamon is better for your body.
