I made the cheesy cauliflower rice and it was INCREDIBLE. Tastes almost like a cheesy potato casserole if you're a midwesterner. Absolutely will be making again.

Very intresting I am in Northern Ireland we have very little packaging on our foods mainly fruit and veg are often sold individually. I was so surprised at the amount of packaging. For some unknown reason in my head i just assumed you would make your owm humus and bread lol. Enjoyed this very much px

Thank you for sharing. I’m going to start implementing some of these items/recipes. I would love to see what you eat for low carb as well. I will look for those videos. I’ve been strength training for almost 2 years & am still lacking muscle definition. I feel I eat relatively healthy but clearly something still needs to change for me to reach the desired look that I’m going for. It’s very frustrating but I’m hoping that with your tips I can get there.

Amy, you are a constant inspiration! I am on a weight loss and management journey as well. You are great at keeping it real. I too love Aldi and shop there as well. I have been getting a lot of the things you showed in this video. I love the Irish butter as well and those turtles are much tastier than the goldfish to me. I will be trying those wraps, thin sliced bread and skinny beagles soon. Stay safe and warm and good luck with your Marathon. Try the Aldi Bran flakes cereal Amy. We love shopping at Aldi. Try the organic multi grain tortilla chips. They are really good. I lost 50 pounds last year and I’ve gained back 10 through the holidays. I’ve started working on getting that off plus need to lose more. I have to watch salt intake and carbs. I commend you for losing the weight and getting healthy. Wish I had taken better care of myself when I was younger. Good luck on your run.
I mix my meat with a fork. Keeps it fluffy and mixes the ingredients a lot better

Also…l need suggestions for what to plant in front if my front porch. We got new siding & windows in 2020. Took out old landscaping. Put in 5 hydrangeas at end of 2021. They were beautiful that year, but lost 2 last year & hubby said is tired of constantly trying to keep them "happy." North side of house.

Question. Is this "different" than what you've been eating for weight LOSS…seemed about the same, as l recall… l lost 20# last year. (I'm 70yrs & my husband needs to gain, as l need to lose…) Anyway, time to start back to doing the pan meal ideas l got from you. By the way, we have a brand new Aldi…not sure if it's open yet…so thx for the recommendations!

I live in Australia and love ALDI too. It really cuts my costs down and I find it a simpler shopping experience. We are also a family of 5.
Be careful cause coffee cancels out powdered vitamins and supplements. The only way I know this is because I get extensive tests done on vitamin absorption and my doctor has mentioned how this process can happen with coffee. 🫠

Amy a trick I learned when you par boil fresh cauliflower to roast throw in half a lemon par boil about 8 minutes then roast in a dish. Cheese garlic seasoning of choice. Let it brown some. It's amazing. Also I use radishes in place of potatoes in a beef roast. The family thinks it's red potatoes 😊
