I’m 5’1 120lbs and that looks like so much food.😭 For me to gain 0.5 lbs a week it says I have to eat a 1,951 calories a day. To maintain they said 1,701. I usually only eat breakfast and dinner and I also never snack. So it seems like I just need to add lunch and a regular cup size of a protein shake to reach my goal. Seems doable. I’m really gonna be full FULL all day. But imma have to go to the gym to get the booty I want too😩
