I just look like a thing… I'm black myself, and all my black peers gain weight heathily and look good and I'm over here like, why is it just me?? What's wrong with me?? Iโm 5โ1 120lbs and that looks like so much food.๐ญ For me to gain 0.5 lbs a week it says I have to eat a 1,951 calories a day. To maintain they said 1,701. I usually only eat breakfast and dinner and I also never snack. So it seems like I just need to add lunch and a regular cup size of a protein shake to reach my goal. Seems doable. Iโm really gonna be full FULL all day. But imma have to go to the gym to get the booty I want too๐ฉ
