You're using the wrong type of salt for the grinder salt shaker.

A recipe i have is roasted bell pepper with sprinkling some cheese on the inside. Its very tasty and very simple to make. Love seeing all the vegetables.😅

Wow, I feel so inspired! Thank you for sharing! I’ve been on such a slump of eating the same rotation of recipes due to my dietary restrictions. This helped me look at the individual ingredients in a different light! I’m so excited to try the chili! I cannot tolerate pumpkin, though I’m thinking puréed sweet potato might be a great substitute. The carrot & brown rice arugula salad?! Amazing. And why do I never think meal prep my breakfast?! I will be trying that frittata and those overnight oats!

I have PCOS & a mast cell disease, so gut and hormones are my constant focus. Most of the time I’m so frustrated with food, because cooking was once something I enjoyed prior to all of my health issues & allergic reactions to so many fruits, vegetables & legumes. Your videos are making me excited to cook again, with the foods I can tolerate! 🤗
