I started do more work in January do extra sessions doing crossfit and its starting to pay off i made South African short course nationals and now im pushing to make the junior na and i think i can do it at our next gala in the 1500 and 800

Thanks! I really needed this today. As a beginner swimmer I struggle!! Some days are better than others but it’s so frustrating. Yesterday I was convinced swimming wasn’t for me. I don’t want to swim at competitive level however I do want to learn to swim at a level which will benefit me over the long run. Again thanks! I needed this!! 👍🏽
I love swimming so much. But I have no coach and my friends don’t like swimming. It’s a lonely trip 😔.

This happened for me. Started swimming in February, 4 times a week minimum, more if I could. By August, the results were obvious to me and everyone around me, too, and I feel amazing. Thank you for all your videos!

I’ve started to learn swimming and a couple of months into it, I have days where I feel like I’ve made strides and then there are days like yesterday where it seemed like I haven’t made any progress yet.
