Amazing presentation Dr Berg!
Hey Dr. Berg, about the cold shower. Andrew Huberman cold showers are bad after workout. Can you talk about that.
What time should aim to squeeze in the berries? At the end of the second meal? I usually have a 12pm-6 pm eating window.
😡😡😡 No wonder they want to shutting down his
when i finished this video i went straight to take vitamins 😂
Will any red meat give all the proteins and enzymes? Or does it have to be grass fed?
Don’t you need inflammation after a workout ? So why would you want to decrease it with cold showers and saunas ?
Dr berg, did you stop recommending eating salads (I hope)
This is great information as always but if i had 5 minute rest in between sets i would be in the gym for 2-3 hours 😅
Iam jogging same intensity for an hour for 5 days and moderate walking for 2 days and enjoying the weather early morning then after noon 6 days aweek iam doing push pull legs and one day rest in-between and iam taking 3000 calories it should be enough to biuld muscle and jogging cause iam starting before Corona virus and I've enjoyed that and still enjoying jogging and it's my life style now .so shall I reduce my ppl or reduce jogging days
So, what is the best way to reduce DOMS fatigue and inflammation after workouts? I take hot showers after my workouts which feels good, but I don't know if it helps recovery in any way.
What to eat before working out? Or should it be done on an empty stomach?
Helpful and practical. Thank you, Dear Dr. Berg.
creatine has got to be one of the best ( next to protein ) supplements, that actually give results.. as long as u are eating a good diet , creatine will 100% help with strength gains
I do 2 hours in the sauna once a week & can I say; that heat works in your favor.
I’m 22 and i wonder if i have to make exercises every day or 3 exercises per week are enough? I’m also in calorie deficit and for now I’m feeling good.
I did keto for 2 years and loved it for losing weight but the workouts on it suck. 150-200g of carbs a day are where it’s at for good workouts
Hey Dr Berg. I participated in alot of sports with those type of people who were always sore , inflamed and tired after workouts ,game’s practices We called bench warmers. Or our cheerleaders. They were very helpful for us athletes
Thank you man ..
I'm a doctor myself…. I could relate to your facts and logic really well. Thankyou
All googled just reporting to make it look good. Viewers just dont like to do research.
What electrolyte supplement would you recommend?
