I warm up with abs before my workout
I just don't get the appeal of making your body unhealthy to look good. You have to be very underweight to a unhealthy amount to see abs. So I just wonder why? You look fine at the healthy recommended amount of fat.
So pretty much all I’m learning is if you wanna look lean for a day or a couple hours starve yourself for vanity reasons so pretty much better just a to do strength and endurance conditioning instead of building your body with mass
I don't think working abs is good it thickens your waist and abs look best flat
at the dojo, we always do high reps, we only have our own bodyweight and the bodyweight of a partner… but it also has a different focus, it's more training to be able to go almost full in for 2 min…
Abs should be trained everyday with multiple sets and reps. Do you I think Mike Tyson got his abs by just getting lean? Build yourself a strong core
I keep getting your videos in my recommecndations because youtube thinks its what i want to watch. You seem very competent in the topic, i just wish you'd talk about more functional muscle / strength for us elderly people than "visible" stuff that may even hurt in the big picture (working only abs, no back).
Like a wise man said”Abs are not a sign of strength but that you don’t eat enough”
I'm actual VERY curious when this general misunderstanding was created. Why do people think your Abs is an exception in muscle building?
When you african you get abs in a month
So what the guy says is right and then you make the retarded wrong sound and start just saying the same shit the guys says? You running out of money or something so you have to pump out low effort content?
how do i keep my belly fat and still get better core?
Someone gonna do the jail special on the last one.
Thanks for exposing that last guy , he doesn’t stop coming out on my feed talking pure baloney !
I'm not that good at understanding a lot of things, I just have one question which is, what is a calorie deficit ?
True but those 15min ab exercises aren't completely useless, the build endurance and core strength and burn calories. So it's not a "mistake".
Also. Don't focus on abs first. Abs look stupid without a defined chest and arms. Having that 6 pack means nothing when the rest of your body doesn't train.
But Mike is a fake natty
Finally got a six pack (im 160lb btw)
Here's what this guy is getting wrong. It doesn't matter if you are training your abs (or any other muscle) through progressive overload using weights or doing a high intensity BW circuit. The key is to keep your muscles under tension and fatiguing them. So, both these ways of training are legitimate ways of growing muscle as long as your overall intensity is high i.e., reaching fatigue quickly, and taking proper rest
reminds me of my friend who is fat, but somehow athletic. he got lots of fat in his body like an overweight person does but still do workout like crazy, he just like to eat what he wants. you can't see his abs but you can feel the muscle beneath the layers of fat. dude can do around 3 to 4 minutes plank where the rest of our group can't even pass the 3 minutes mark without shaking like a washing machine 😂
What had worked for ME
Abs for core.
Every other day. Depends if you need recovery.
Also. Training your core helps you in bed. She will thank you
You need to take steroids, then you will be able to see abs 🤣
My abs keep getting sore from regular compound lifts, i no longer see the need to train abs, at least until I can see a visible pack
abs are made not only in the kitchen but
also in the
gym
Imagine you spend your life shitting on fake nattys when you are one 🥹
Soo, youre saying only hypertrophy exercise build muscle and thus its pointless to do a 15 minute ab shredding workout?
I disagree. It will stimulate the muscles in the same way. Arguably, most people will want abs that endure rather than ones that are strong. Because thats what gives stability.
If you’re at a not low enough body fat % but you can still kinda see them at the right light, getting a little accessory pump for your abs at the end of your workout for a set or 2 isn’t so bad. You see them more in the mirror and that gives you motivation to keep going.
Juices popping out of his shoulder veins
uh oh, Sean… Here come all of the armchair personal trainers.
You’re making out like he’s wrong and then totally agreeing with him 😂
I completely agree with this
You can reduce belly fat by eliminating carbs. Fat accumulates on your liver on a high carb diet, stopping that will cause your liver to shed that fat, and it will burn them rather then everything else around it, plus you will lose a bunch of water weight.
If i train abs, when i go to do some exercise that requires my full strenght, i will not be able to maintain my core really locked comfortably
I train them 4-5 times a week but also cause I do it for core strength. Overall it's not bad and actually helps you
Im 6‘5 and weigh about 120 pounds and you can literally see a sixpack, obviously not because im muscular but because my body fat is so loe
i’ve been doing a 10 min ab workout 3 times a day for 36 days if your trying to tell me by doing that it doesn’t make ur abs show ur a complete liar Yes u have to have a low body fat percentage! For anyone that wants abs with a low body fat percentage to a 10 min ab workout atleast 2 times a day
Why are people subscribed to this guy his advice is terrible
Lol Vince and v shred is the joke of the fitness industry.
This is true but abs are primarily slow twitch so they respond much better to high rep high volume work. Same with shoulders. So you can still hit them 3x a week and be fine
