I found a tactic, if you want in the morning, have a square after your breakfast, it's abt 30 calories, and you'll remain with that flavor for the whole day

Vake sweets yourself. It's tedious so you don't snack all the time. Plus you can use healthier ingedients.

I allow myself a square or two of lindt 90% chocolate when i am craving it when trying to lose weight. It stops the craving and actually is quite satisfying

I ate 5 boiled eggs with 2 cucumbers and small tomatoes, and next I'm going to eat 2 cans of tuna and spinach and that's it for the day. Man i bet my life there is no hungrier man than me right now.

To be frank, it's probably best just to look for better options for your snacks.

They have Greek bars and ice cream sandwiches that are 100-120 calories which would be more filling than 4-piece of chocolate. You could also try dark chocolate (Start at 70% and work up… Also good for a pre-workout snack). You could have a rice crispy bar (90 can't)too. They are some good rice keispies treats that are at 100 calories with much lower sugar content and good amount of carbs.

Eating fruit is also better. Personally, I would trade 4-pieces of chocolate for 2 kiwis, which would have around the same calories and be way more healthier (and expensive 🙉cant win all the battles).

It all makes sense, but calling Milka "delicious" is an abomination 🙂 Try Lindt
