There's tons of data for this, it's actually pretty well known.
It increases the amount of time under tension for the muscles (i.e. total amount of work you accomplish) while needing a similar amount of overall recovery time afterwards.
Downsides are
1) you need access to a gym multiple times a day (many don't have this)
2) if you're not strictly a muscles buff or power lifter or whatever then you lose out on the endurance benefit of the longer workout
But if #1 isn't a logistical issue and #2 isn't a training goal issue then it's actually completely normal way of doing things.
But it's relatively rare mostly for #1.
I just get cracked off pre and have hella energy the whole workout
Okay, You got it like that where you can workout 3 times a day.
Hogwash you don’t fully recover from any workout until you sleep. Hell you don’t fully recover from a full day of being alive until you sleep. The key to maximize the weightlifting sessions in the moment while you’re at peak energy. Because you can’t redo a qualitative hiit session in the same day. You’d can do cardio but not hiit training and even the cardio session is now going to he of your best quality. If you’re a runner, time your normal mileage on the days your weight lift versus the day you don’t weight lift and you’ll see and feel a drastic difference in the times.
Imagine going to the gym 3 separate times, it's just not feasible for a regular working adult.
Awesome workout exercise💪💪💪
Makes sense but may not be as practical for some as 1-2 hours at a time. Definitely want to try.
Everything doesn't work for everyone
I used to do the same routine in JAIL. Workout in the morning afternoon and B4 bed time
Sponsor me to have the time to workout 3 times a day 😂
You get tired after an hr? 😂😂😂😂
Cool, I’ve got other shit to do then live in a gym all day
I can do 2x a day, I work in surgery at a gunshot hospital, and we stole some weights from the rehab gym in the hospital (bad😅I know) and I can curl, and flat dumbbell press. Then when I get do my usual at the gym.
… Because you’re on gear and it allows you to work out 3 times a day
Bro science times infinity
Yea 3 times a day who can sustain that
Bros confidence
No time for cleaning dishes but has time to go to gym 3 times a day
I naturally started doing this cause it just simply makes sense
I cant shower 3 times a day 🤣💀
Alright his honesty has earned a subscription 👏
Most people have 9-5 jobs or something along those lines.
Not possible to break 3x workouts
why i feel like theres something hes not telling me
this guy knows what he’s talking about
While this may be achievable for those who have access to a home gym or have a flexible schedule that allows for more free time during the day, it may not be practical or feasible for the average person's daily routine
I do this, its great feel dangerous
That’s some bro-advice 😂
That's a lot of gas going back to the gym 😂
He’s says all coo, I have no data to back this up. Fuckn classic 🤣🤣🤣🤣. He’s honest.
Depends what ur training for if ur a boxer this is not only not enough training but not very useful training
How many times you shower a day bruh
Always remember older men with shaved heads and muscles are ALWAYS using PEDS. Workout 3 times a day my ass
Cause you don’t have a real job that’s why
Work out 3x a day and take gear 💉
Alrii bet let’s get this grind
This Fkn 🤡 😂😂😂 bald head capping bish
What is the time between the 20 minutes
The fact that you said you have NO data… makes me wanna try this out…
That’s a lot of showering ..
W
This doesn't make sense at all. First of all most people can't visit the gym 3 times a day. Plus a 20 minute workout? Really? By that time I haven't even started pushing heavy weight yet. I'm just finishing my warm up
how to not win muscle
🐒
"I have no data to support this" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
That's a great idea. This man might've just cracked the da Vinci code
This is exactly how my friend works out. 😂😂
I can't do it, I like working out at once and getting it over with.
Doesnt that mean showering 3x a day, and maybe a gym 3x a day too. Down to be overkill with you and do it lol
This ridiculous
