The thing about diet and Fitness is that at the end of the day it all works. Any diet that deviates away from the standard American diet will lead to results as long as you are within a caloric deficit which is what diets are supposed to do anyways just in different ways. Sidenote, you can still lose weight on the standard American diet as long as you're within a caloric deficit, but it's something I don't encourage because of malnutrition but anyways I digress. But yeah, the same thing goes with training routines. As long as you're moving to keep your heart pumping and you're pushing your reps to failure, doesn't matter if it's push-pull, training split, super set, HIIT, whatever it will all work. Don't let that deter you either. Don't see it as needless confusion. If anything it should be a form of liberation. It just means that whatever is right for you is whatever you should gravitate towards.
yea that's only if you got your own fucking gym
Bro split is best
When’s your rest day
Every day? How many rest days in between
Yes, you get to do all your favorites, but I don’t know why you would fail to mention the fact that you also get to do all the lifts you don’t look forward to… Every single day… You say this, like you were going to be able to avoid them by doing this split 🤷🏼♂️
I do bicep, chest, shoulders , triceps, back, legs ,chest with set of 15 x5 and go heavy so it sure feels like a workout 🏋️♀️
I have football training 3 times every week + 1 game so no leggs forme otherwise i cant walk
Should we throw in cardio daily too?
If you hate your workout you are doing something wrong, working oit should be enjoyable, each rep is one step closer to your goal physique/weight loss goal
18 year old here, use to be more of an athlete, switched to more of bodybuilding but I want to be more of the athletes who is also strong in the gym and looks kinda big. However, I also realized I want a useable body not just a good looking body so I think I’ll switch to a three day full body split and the other days I’ll do my athletic training.
Ya forgot hamstrings, rear delts and traps. 10 exercises total, for three circuits. Can also do 3-4 exercises together for three circuits.
Totally disagree, there are far better training splits. Not to mention 1 exercise per muscle group isn’t going to be effective. For example 1 exercise for chest? You have your upper, lower and middle chest area that all needs attention. Stop telling people that 1 exercise is all they need. You need to train all parts of the muscle group to achieve results.
Full body is stupid
But if you're building for aesthetics for say bodybuilding, full body workouts are not adequate, if you want to actually get jacked and have muscular striations, a hypertrophy training like a Push, Pull, Legs, twice a week is going to give you better results, if you are just training to get lean, or to do CrossFit these full body functional training are much better
I love full body i have adhd so i need variety
Will full body training reduce my strength?
What would you guys think abt doing hiit mon, wed,fri and then full body tue and thur?
I disagree. You maximize more hypertrophy and strength if you focus on the exercises you want to do. A full body split isn’t optimal cause you aren’t prioritizing your lifts and could compromise your maximum gains in the long term. You can have variety with other splits as well so this is dumb 😐
is that good for who started the training from a week?
