Just to let everyone know this workout will not train your back. The rowing exercises doesn't work like that, the weight is pulling in the wrong direction. But you can do this exercises if you lay down with your stomach on a chair or something 👍

Depending how heavy your one dumbbell is , some of the work out is not do able . So I suggest anyone who starting this, start with a light weighted db . If possible have two, one lighter and one in between med – heavy.
