Just a note, incline press has always worked my shoulders enough however if you wanna add some extra shoulder exercises in there then 100% do it!
New to lifting and a little confused, when you say increase the weight next session. Are you referring to the next day? Or next set?
What about going to failure on the squats?

Hi Joe , been following you're plan for a while now which it is a great programme. Only thing is now tho I'm stuck at 62.2 kg and can't get more the 1 set of 5. Also think this will happen eventually on the others lift. So what you recommend we do when we plateau on our lifts . Any advice greatly appreciated 💪

I’ve always been skinny too and i am trying to gain weight but now im starting to think im going to the gym too much cuz i wont gain weight. I go to the gym 5 times a week and i think that it’s too much but it’s hard to go any less times because im used to that 5 workout days

I do something similar but do 5×6-8. Starting at 6 reps and get to 8 reps for all 5 sets and add 2.5kg. Mon, Wed, Friday. Each session I'll rotate exercises like Monday will be pull ups, then bb rows and then on Friday will be t-bar rows.

I’m 16, 6’6, and 165 pounds, I’ve always been extremely tall and skinny for my age I’ve been in and out of the gym for about 2 years and I never took it seriously, didn’t eat enough or stuck to a proper program. Just found this incredible video and getting ready to go to the gym and try this out. I’ll be back in a few months with an update, thanks joe!

It's 2:00 AM. I weigh 106 lb and am 6 ft. All I can say is THANK YOU SO MUCH. I have found the diet, and now the exercises. I will start ASAP!
