Hi somewhat of a new subscriber. I can tell you’re making more effort on your YouTube channel and I hope you reach your goal of getting monetized this year. 😊 it’s really tough doing both 9-5 and YouTube.
I like all of your gym tips and I’m newish to doing a gym routine. After a year or so I’ve just barely started getting more comfortable with being in the area with all the free weights. Watch a lot of YouTube shorts and Instagram reels as well as google how to do certain exercises I was seeing a lot.
Also muscle wiki is great! Not for compound movements but if you want to learn how to do exercises for different parts of your body (body weight and weights) it’s pretty awesome. 😊
