Ako , focus din ako sa booty ko then legs . Everyday ako nag ge-gym , but alternate . If today I focus to my arm ' back . Then sabayan ko Ng kunting about sa abs, then tomorrow butt Naman & legs nmn ako naka focus din may kunting abs din . Pero iba iba Ang program . Alternate² , within 3weeks. Kita agad ang results specially sa butt . Ang daling nag round .
Nka depende tlaga Kung pursegedo . Kung anong ipapagawa Ng Trainor susundin agad kahit gaano pa ka hirap Ang program nyan .
I try another workout pero si Madfit ang mas nag work sa akin. Before I try Pamela Reif then Chloe Ting and Emi Wong well honestly hindi nag work ang Emi Wong and Chloe Ting.
Kay Madfit ako nag lose ng weight.

For a workout to be effective, you have to be consistent, dedicated and especially you are enjoying it. Like of course your muscles/abs are burning while working out but still you are enjoying it. Having fun while working out is the most effective way to see a great result. Try watching Chloe Ting's video, she got a lot of effective tips and workout video for us.
Btw when I started working out two months ago I feel like I was forcing myself do it and it sucks that I was not seeing any results then I tried and managed to do my own workout routine where I will enjoy it at the same I'll be getting a results. I recommend you guys to try doing Holly Dolke's 10 minute Cardio workout for beginners first in the morning or whenever you can followed by Chloe Ting's workout.
If you guys want to have flat tummy, lose fats under you chin and fats all over your body. I recommend you to include HIIT and Cardio exercises on your workout. Of course, it won't work if you don't have discipline on what you're eating.

If I am not mistaken, kung same workout routine ginagawa at walang nakikitang changes for months or so, i have read that you should change your routine. Because it is a waste of energy kung may goal ka tapos hindi pala para sayo ung routine na ginagawa mo.
there’s an app called Lifesum that calculates your calorie and water intake everyday, hope it helps po hehe
