Lmishal should try cowashing (washing her hair with conditioner) on the days where she doesn't sweat so much during her workout.
you showed a different question from lmishal.
The question asked by lmishal at 3:25 is completely different.
I enjoy vega one, it's vegan and includes greens plus probiotics, Yasss. Btw for greasy hair Batiste dry shampoo is both affordable and awesome for post workout hair grease. I carry it with me in my gym bag, my work bag, and the diaper bag.π amazinggg
qotd: Integrated Supplements' whey protein powder
Due to IBS I cut out all dairy including whey protein. I'm in Australia and I always buy healthy way's vanilla flavoured pea protein. It tastes just as good I think and its affordable.
My family was the same with Dilly Bars. We had six kids in my family. Our treats were always the dilly bar because they were cheap.
I have been trying to eat low carbs and higher in fat and protein, but I keep getting headaches every day since starting this way of living. I have been drinking more water than I ever have, so I know it is not dehydration. Should I incorporate more carbs to make the headaches go away? Or should I persevere and they will eventually stop over time? #askliveleantv
Best vegan protein! All plaint based and I'm pretty sure organic is clutch baking mix ! On bodybuilding.com I also use it as a protein shake just double the scoop! Vanilla so yummy!
Whey is what I use. Cold processed and grass feed. Usually sheep whey as well. I have bought from Canada's protein powder but I'm trying a new brand this time. THM brand. Not committed to a brand. As long as it's grass feed and cold processed I'm good.
very helpful
For the girl asking about shampooing her hair, USE DRY SHAMPOO. Use it before your workout all around your roots or wherever you get sweaty. Use some more afterwards too. It's not the MOST sanitary but trust me it'll keep your hair looking like you just shampooed it. Also, if that's too nasty for you, use the dry shampoo and then wash your hair with only conditioner after your workout. I have super frizzy hair so anything more than two shampoo washes a week is hair suicide (I workout six times a week on average).
I use Pea Protein from Modere.com
I don't use any protein powder! Not really by choice, I have tried a few varieties, both whey and pea protein based but I have had an allergic reaction to every single one I have tried, including to other things like protein bars etc! Such a pain and I can't work out what it is!
What!! you wash your hair that frequent…I guess you just got natural shiny hair cause my hair would dry up if I wash them this many times
Brad's dedication is very impressive.
Another awesome, informative episode! My favorite protein powder = PEScience Select whey/casein blend protein powder. In my opinion, it's the best tasting AND works well in recipes and on its own (well, with water – can't drink a powder without liquid, haha). The flavor options are fabulous.
Joy Robb protein tastes amazing, clean ingredients, and good for baking too. ππΌ
Thanks for the videos, guys!!
PS Whey and MTS Whey
I'm still running a calorie deficit to lose a little more body fat before recomposing, so I don't use a protein powder. Is it really necessary to use one? they're ridiculously priced here in eastern Canada. However, eggs are a big part of my diet, so, between them and the fish and chicken I usually eat,i get enough protein for a fairly sedentary activity level. and, MUSHROOMS!!!! One of the best sources of selenium
bcaas would be superior to whey or those plant protein powders in my opinion, those plant protein powders are loaded with heavy metals anyway I would stay far away
Hahah I used to have pizza followed by froyo or ice cream for a cheat meal. And I would eat an ENTIRE 10 inch pizza to myself. I stopped doing that though b/c I started having the same reaction…bloated, super fatigued, really moody. I miss the days of being 16 years old and being able to pound that all back in one sitting!!
The sunwarrior chocolate protein powder its vegan but its also good.. bought it once and ill buy it again..but a bit pricey.
Organic grass fed whey protein is better for the planet & the cows at the very least…. I like Tera's whey a lot and it has very few ingredients too. Also yeah whey tastes great but unfortunately the vegan protein powders I've tried are gritty & nasty.
I use "less naked" pea protein or "orgain" (both plant based). I think they taste like shit and gritty unless you dress them up. In my experience, all plant based proteins taste gritty and/or earthy if you drink them with only the powder and almond milk. It is just something you have to deal with if you choose to live eating plant based stuff.
Protein powder? Yes indeed and for about a good seven or eight years now. I have an egg white protein powder made by Jay Robb. Chocolate? You bet. Egg white powder is
a better option for my innards. His is free of "junk". I do add cinnamon, authentic peppermint flavoring, or pumpkin spice to "Doctor it up". Just a wee bit. It's not all that sweet and it doesn't exactly taste like cardboard. (Yes it has all the aminos in it.)
I use bio synergy paleo protein. Quite plain in taste but its 100% egg so good for lactose intolerance and paleo friendly π
You should try doing a live q&a on YouTube or Facebook like you do with workouts that way people who are watching can interact with you.
Oh and I use QUEST PROTEIN POWDER! π
At 3:20 I think you guys showed the wrong question…
Woooow these are questions that both Jessica and Brad have answered sooo many times!! What about ALL the other questions that people have asked that are actually interesting ππ
