Whew! So fun! I was worried when you said, "Dance," but this was so much fun, and the challenging workouts seem to go so fast! Can't wait to do this one again. BTW, I had trouble with my rebounder slipping on my wood floors, too. I got some of those interlocking gym mat squares and problem solved! Plus, it protects the floor–win, win! Looking forward to whatever you come up with next! You're the best!
This was so fun! Brought me back to my jazz dance days as a young girl 😃. I even wore a flown tank to have something fun to swing as I dance 🥰

This was fun. I have never been super coordinated, but they were fun moves to practice. It makes me think and that is good! Thanks for the stretch or I would not that. The workout and stretch give me good goals to shoot for and fun doing it.

On wow Naomi, I don't know where to begin. You just topped your all time best rebounder workout and all on youtube. The music was a blast and it kept the cardio up. This one is awesome! Definitely challenging. I don’t think my moves look nearly as good….yet!
Thank you for doing a routine without voice over. I really like it when you are using the mike. Love that you are always on the beat and have such good combination flow. The knees give me a needed break from the more intense jump/jacks. Nice add-on combinations; especially like the turns around the world. Also good that you tell us in advance that we are starting with our right (some instructors are all over the place and start on left one time and right the next so one never knows what to anticipate). The combos are very well thought out. Thanks for the count downs and the good strong, engaging beat. Nice simple move routine to break up the combos. PS Don't often get to use the shimmy; Nice! And, love the big arm circles. Thanks for the fun workout.

I love to dance but also know how healthy rebounding is. This will make it less boring. Thank you! Never thought about adding dance choreography to it! 😮
