This is the only workout i trust! I did it for 1 week and i already see MAJOR results!! i'm never gonna stop!

Super easy to follow workout routines. Not as intense as the other workouts though I struggled to the last three exercises but managed to finish. WOW!!! Sweats are all over my body 🥵 💪💪💪 For sure, I'll be keep on doing this on repeat maybe 3-4 times a week.
To keep me motivated:
Day 1 : definitely felt the burn, more in my quads tho so next time I'm going to practice getting the form exactly right (and do it on a mat not my bed 💀). Also gonna set reminders in my phone so i remember
Day 2: missed but went to the gym and did pilates
Day 3: still had to do it in bed but otherwise good
