1) wake up 7.00 am
2) drink warm water and some soaked dry fruits
3) read 1.30 hour
4) take breakfast 9.30 am
5) then again read
6) drink water after 1hour when I take meal
7) eat fruits 11.30 am
8) take shower 1 pm and lunch 2.30 pm
9) then enjoy to see some Korean drama
10) at 6 pm I exercise
11) 6.30 pm take some healthy breakfast
12) then start read and end read 9.30 pm
13) eat dinner at 9.30 pm and drink water after 1 hour and go to bed
