Good stuff, just one question…. Do you do all of them exercises in one session or split them between days?
I searched for this because I noticed my legs aren't as strong as before when I was younger, before I got my knee dislocated. That was about 4 years ago. Also, when I was bicycling, my legs couldn't hold it longer that I was shocked I fell on my knees (felt like my legs were so drained) when I got off and started walking my bicycle. Now when I tried number one on this video, gosh I can't even last 10 seconds 😭 I need to work this out. I have a normal BMI and only 19 years young but I feel so weak physically. I have to be consistent in my strength, endurance and flexibility workouts. I hope I can see improvements in a few months. See you then, self 🙂

Nr. 6 should be known as "bulgarian split squat", – a "one legged squat" usually refers to be a one legged pistol squat.
