Day 1: couldn’t do the plank and lifts properly, feel the burn in my lower back and arms, at first I thought it was an easy workout, in the end it appeared it’s not🤪. It feels nice however, I feel fresh and ready for whatever the day has for me
I feel dizzy after everytime doing dolphin hold, anyone too? I switch to normal plank
I feel like I'm getting stronger! I'm been working out for a few days with no pauses unlike when I first started, my arms were almost giving out at the first workout 😂
I'm still out of breath though but can definitely see a huge improvement… Thank you soo much ♥️

This workout helped me so much you got no idea. In the midst of the first major lockdown (summer 2020) my neck hurt so bad that I needed to see a doc. He prescribed me meds that were painful (muscle meds aren't fun yo) and it never really got rid of. The exercises he gave me made me feel numb and tingly. After that ordeal I just assumed I need to strengthen my back/neck. A friend recommended Pamela and after a couple of days doing especially the weighted parts my pain was gone. And hasn't returned yet! I sometimes come back to remember one or the other part but I basically want to thank you!

I loooove Pam's workouts! I don't do back and shoulders very often and when I do, I'm usually dreading every second of it.
